Every Operating Period

• Engine oil level and condition
• Coolant level and any signs of leaks

• Tire / track condition and pressure

On a Schedule (by hours)

• Oil and filter changes at the manufacturer's interval — not "when you remember"
• Fuel filters (a cheap part that prevents expensive no-starts)
